Romantic Bohemian Dress Look

Since it’s fall, should we enjoy the moment? Today on fashion blog Rekaystyle, it’s been a long time since romantic Bohemian dress.

 It has been two years since I came back to Korea from Sydney.  Would you believe if I say that the style that Rekay wore most often in Australia was Boho look? At that time, I wasn’t able to imaging wearing minimal and modern looks. Rekay’s closet was filled with hippie and lovely & romantic styles. Flip flops over high heels, fringe knit cardigans over tailored jackets were stylish then.

Today I created an attractive fall bohemian look with the emotions of the time. This romantic floral pattern maxi dress that is difficult to find in Korea is a product from a brand called Band of Gypsies. It can be found in direct overseas purchase website, REVOLVE. Unlike summer maxi dresses, it has a fall atmosphere with deep colors and patchwork comprised of large and small patterns. Furthermore, the feminine swing sleeve is perfect to complete the chic fall look.

When the weather becomes colder, it would also be great to layer under chunky knit tops, leather rider jackets, or even over fit denim jackets. The vintage floral pattern and color can be used to match wherever and catch your eye.

The shocking skirt slit. It is the slit that removes all stuffiness from the long maxi dress. The two deep slits in the front part of the skirt create an unexpected sexy vibe even from the slightest fall breeze as you walk.

The slit comes up to mini skirt lengths. If you are uncomfortable about showing your bare legs, I think it would also be great to match with indigo color skinny jeans.

String choker: This is also the necklace that Rekay is wearing all fall. It is not meant for a single, special style but is a great item that can be matched here and there as a point accessory. Ankle booty: Suede nubuck material ankle booty with the fall vibe. It is casual but the pointy front line adds a mannish edge. As I have introduced in my recent posting of ankle boots, the popularity of ankle boots and booties this year is hotter than ever.
